Yoga massage is one of the most therapeutic massages. It is highly effective for those suffering from chronic fatigue, sluggish circulation and looking to re-energize mind and body. In my experience I've seen this therapy to be the best to realign all levels of physical, mental and spiritual fitness.
—Sanjay Khanzode, Sereno Spas Director
Tamara's commitment and ability to nurture the best in each of us at a given point in time is a gift I feel fortunate to receive. When I am tired she can help bring me energy or calm. The peaceful calm after a good yoga practice-whether an active or restorative class cannot be matched!

The dedication, understanding, knowledge, and skill Tamara has about each and every posture and the whole Yoga practice is uncanny. She is very well tuned to everybody's needs and the skill and work as required by individual's needs. I had the Luk Pra Kob treatment and it felt great. Loved the herbal relaxation and the compression. So relaxing and therapeutic. Tamara, thanks for continuing to look for enhancements to your already great Thai massage practice! I can't wait for the next session!

Since the turn of the century, Tamara has studied and practiced both traditional and modern approaches to yoga as a path of transformation and healing. After a six-month journey to India and Thailand in 2006, Tamara returned to the U.S. with the intent to share the knowledge of yoga, meditation and Ayurveda. In 2007, Tamara became a certified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance. Since certification, Tamara regularly attends workshops and classes to further refine and develop her skill as a teacher and practitioner of yoga. Tamara's yoga classes are typically a blend of breath-based vinyasa and technique development, balancing strength and flexibility. Tamara's classes, gentle yoga or power yoga are geared towards all levels of practice and all body types. Regardless of the style of class taught, the underlying themes remains constant: allow awareness to connect you to your authentic self; allow the asana to awaken, heal and empower; listen to and learn from your body and your own experience. In addition to teaching yoga, Tamara integrates therapeutic bodywork and yoga with the practice of Thai massage. Tamara is a certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner from the School of Thai Bodywork in Chicago.
A native of Saint Paul, Minnesota, Tamara received her Bachelor of
Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. After working for a short time as a landscape
architect, Tamara quickly realized that life was too short to be
contained within the walls of an office environment. Shortly
thereafter, she began work as a canyoneering and rock climbing guide in Springdale, Utah. The transformative experience of living in the backyard of Zion National Park, as well as learning to help people empower themselves on the rock and in life, contributed to Tamara's current lifestyle and vocation as one who sees opportunity in life for healing and opening the heart and helping others do the same.
