Yoga massage is one of the most therapeutic massages. It is highly effective for those suffering from chronic fatigue, sluggish circulation and looking to re-energize mind and body. In my experience I've seen this therapy to be the best to realign all levels of physical, mental and spiritual fitness.

The dedication, understanding, knowledge, and skill Tamara has about each and every posture and the whole Yoga practice is uncanny. She is very well tuned to everybody's needs and the skill and work as required by individual's needs. It was my honor and privilege to work with her a year and I would recommend her to anybody with confidence.

Words fail to convey the total value of Yoga and Thai Massage. They must be experienced.

Highly beneficial for all ages, abilities and body types, Thai bodywork is one of the most effective bodywork modalities. Also known as Thai Massage or Lazy Man's Yoga, this centuries old practice has its roots in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai folk healing. Thai bodywork occurs fully clothed, in a one-on-one setting on a comfortable floor mat without oils or lotions. The practitioner uses hands, thumbs, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to work meridians and pressure points throughout the body in a meditative, flowing, dance-like rhythm. In addition, the practitioner guides the recipient into passive yoga postures linking breath with movement to stretch muscles, compress and decompress joints and increase range of motion.
During your Thai bodywork session, experience the BioMat. Filled with the healing power of amethyst crystals, the heated BioMat's far infrared rays penetrate deep into the body. Not only does the heat feel good, the BioMat's negative ions help transform an acidified body to an alkalized state. This alkalized balance results in purified blood, revived cells, improved immune functioning, revitalized cell metabolism and relief of pain. Enjoyment of the heated amethyst crystal BioMat is available during your Thai bodywork session at no additional charge.
Extended length sessions allow for more in-depth, focused work. Extended length sessions are especially beneficial for stressed, fatigued or ill clients. Extended length sessions address the full body, as well as specific areas of need and are individualized for particular body types and needs.
